Here in the U.S. it's a holiday so many have a three day weekend. Some don't however. I love three day weekends and remember them well. Now it's Saturday or Sunday everyday. I like that even better.

Yes those carbs aren't good for you. They do put on the pounds. It's hard to eat a low carb meal though. You really get sick of them after a bit.

I wondered what you were doing that kept you from blogging. Weddings are fun. The weight loss is even better. I've noticed if you stay away from all the finger foods and eat well balanced meals you will make it through December without any problems.
